Policies Regarding Employer Postings

Posting requirements are simple:

Registration is free (See Terms Of Use).  However, you must provide legitimate contact information including a real email address, as we will be sending you an activation link.
Posting employers must make their employment opportunities available to people over 50. 

MLM/networking ads must be posted under the MLM heading. 
No work at home (and make thousands of $$$ in your spare time) type ads. 

As a registered employer, you may:

  • Search (including advanced), review, post, delete/edit, and reply to ads (up to 10 simultaneous ads allowed)

  • Create company profile page

  • Save ads to your hotlist

  • Save up to 10 search patterns

  • Get instant notifications to saved matches

  • Create your own private email box and set notifications

  • Send and reply to private email addresses

  • Set your email signature

  • View profiles of other members (employer and job seeker)

  • Receive up to 100 message in your private mail box

  • Ads are posted for 30 days
